Most New Jersey municipalities require a permit or zoning approval for fence installations to ensure compliance with local regulations. To apply, you'll need to obtain an application from your local building or zoning department. You'll also need to provide a highlighted copy of your property survey showing fence details, a copy of the contractor's license or federal tax ID number, and specific information about the fence project, including style and height.

We provide a warranty with every fence installation we complete. You'll find a copy of the warranty included with your fence estimate. If you need additional copies, our office staff will be happy to provide them upon request.
